Are there any fees involved?

No. The price you see on Jejetu is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges, no commissions, and no surprises – 100% of your payment goes towards goods for your loved ones.

 

How does Jejetu work?

It’s simple. Browse the Jejetu marketplace and select the goods you want to send. Add your recipient’s details, choose your items, and complete your payment. Your loved ones in Uganda will then be able to collect their goods. No cash changes hands, no hidden fees – just straightforward support that goes directly to the people you care about.

Payment & Orders

How do I pay for my order?

Jejetu accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed securely online. If you have any issues with payment, please contact us at support@jejetu.com and we’ll help you straight away.

How do I track my order(s)?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track the status of your order by logging in to your account on jejetu.com and visiting your Order History. If you have any concerns about your order, contact us at support@jejetu.com and we’ll look into it for you.

My order never got delivered to the recipient. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@jejetu.com with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately. We take all delivery issues seriously and will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

I want to cancel my order. What do I do?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@jejetu.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help, but please note that cancellations may not be possible if your order is already being processed.

I paid for my order, but my order hasn’t gone through.

If your payment has been taken but your order has not been confirmed, please contact us at support@jejetu.com straight away with your order number and payment details. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
